Sarah’s unwavering commitment and passion touched everyone she worked with. She was wholeheartedly dedicated to her team, peers, and the values that Audiosocket stands for. Her pride in our achievements was contagious—she inspired everyone around her and constantly celebrated our collective success. Her kindness, determination, independence, and strength were the pillars that supported and uplifted all of us. Sarah was a driving force, a bright light who led by example and inspired us to be our best selves.
About the Sarah Hunt Memorial Award
To celebrate Sarah’s memory and carry forward her values and spirit, we are proud to introduce the Sarah Hunt Memorial Award. This award recognizes exceptional Audiosocket artists who exemplify dedication to their art and community—traits that Sarah championed throughout her career. The award will be bestowed annually on June 26th, in celebration of Sarah’s birthday, reflecting her lasting influence on Audiosocket and our artistic community.
How to Apply for the Sarah Hunt Memorial Award
Eligibility
- Must be a registered Audiosocket artist.
- Cannot be a current Audiosocket employee.
Application Process
Applications for the Sarah Hunt Memorial Award are open from May 15th to June 5th. To nominate an artist or apply, please email us at artists@audiosocket.com with the following:
- Contact Information: Provide your contact information and artist/stage name as registered on Audiosocket.
- Nomination Statement: Write a sentence or two about the applicant and why they exhibit the qualities deserving of this award.
If you are shortlisted as a potential winner, we will reach out to request 2-3 personal references from industry peers and/or family members who can attest to the nominee’s embodiment of Sarah’s values, with detailed examples.
